Brown’s
Hill being a small hillock which is situated at southern tip of Sri Lanka.
During the British period (1796-1948) this hillock had been dominated by the
elite sector in the society. After British period, up to 1980’s this zone was
remained as a residential sector only for the garment agents and for some other
prominent lawyers.
Even though now situation has

opportunity to some foreign investors or to expatriated Sri Lankans. Yet; our
prime target being to be sold out entire property at once, even though; due to certain
circumstances we may consider about the long term leasing not less than 3 years
at a time. Despite, if it is so except guest
