Nearly 35 years before, in
other words mid of 1970’s “Wijerama” being a small junction with limited
boutiques. In brief total area depicted somewhat village scenery. In those days

you could have seen two, three huts which were used to process fire wood on

Location is in between “Wijerama” and “Delkandha junctions” and few meters
interior from the high level road. Indeed the site is ideal for residence, some
lodging, academic institutions and on commercial purposes.
But it is rather best to lecturers, foreign students and
who may shift from distance areas to Colombo with having long ambitions
regarding their children’s higher studies. On the other hand as is a medium
size site you could build up some innocent hopes to own it forever. Despite no need to think twice because price
